Instructions

• Place the items that you would like to return in their package, with adequate protection.
• Fill in all the details of the Sender and Delivery.
• Print the label.
• The label must be printed in black ink, in its original size (10 x 15 cm). When sticking the label on the package, make sure it is not wrinkled or placed in a position where it cannot be read properly. We suggest that you stick adhesive tape around all the edges, making sure that the barcode is visible. Do not laminate the label. Do not stick more than one label on each package.
• If you cannot print it, write the 23-digit Parcel Code on the package.
• Visit any Correos Post Office and request to deposit a Reverse Logistics package.
• Give the Correos employee your package with the label (or the 23-digit Parcel Code that you wrote on it) so that they can create a new label.
• You will be given a receipt as proof of your return.
