What does it mean?

If you receive a text message telling you that your item will soon be ready, this means the item has arrived at Correos, and depending on the product, it will be available at your selected Post Office within 24 to 48 hours.

 

Where can I collect it?

When your item arrives at your local Post Office, you will receive a second text message enabling you to consult its opening times and location on our search engine.

If you were unable to pick up your item, we will send you a reminder when you still have 10 days, and then 5 days, to collect it from the Post Office.

 

What do I have to show?

Remember that in order to collect your shipment, you must show a a valid identification document that has not expired.

If you are unable to collect your shipment in person, you must fill in an authorisation, indicating who you wish to collect the shipment on your behalf. The authorised person must show their own identity document and a photocopy of the recipient's identity document.
