In general, any goods imported into Ceuta as the result of a commercial transaction are subject to customs import processing, which differs for an individual recipient or a company, as explained below.
This Simplified Procedure will be applied to shipments addressed to an individual recipient or importer as long as Correos has the documents (three copies of the invoice) it needs to process them at the customs office and they do not need to pass any border security checks.
Regardless of a parcel’s origin, the Ordinary Clearance will be applied to goods sent to COMPANIES/LEGAL ENTITIES, to any parcel that contains goods subject to BORDER SAFETY CONTROLS, and to parcels that Correos cannot dispatch to Customs because they LACK A VALID INVOICE (for instance if the importer Tax ID number is missing, the value is zero, etc.).
