Save time and optimise the management of your posted items by preparing them on your computer:

Prepare your postcard as a Word document or PDF. Select the recipients (manually, uploading a file, or selecting them from previous recipients); the type of post (ordinary or certified); and the type of printing (black and white or colour). Pay with a credit card or PayPal.

Creating Postcards: Characteristics, logo and signature.

Personalised picture:

• Images can be in the following formats: .gif, .jpg, .jpeg and .pjpeg.
• The maximum image file size accepted is 1 MB.
• The maximum value accepted for images is 300 ppi.
• By default, image size is selected for a resolution of 150 pixels per inch (ppi). This value is enough for a good quality reproduction of your original image. If the image is enlarged, this value will be reduced.

Logo:

• Position: It will be inserted in the postcard header.
• JPEG or GIF file format.
• Maximum size: 1 MB.
• Dimensions: 200 x 75 pixels.
• If it is larger it will be reduced proportionally.

Signature:

• Position: This image will be included at the end of the postcard.
• JPEG or GIF file format.
• Maximum size: 1 MB.
• Dimensions: 500 x 200 pixels.
• If it is larger it will be reduced proportionally.

Postcard printing:

• Cardstock, 95 x 210 mm. Cards are printed on cardstock 200 gsm to 150 ppi print quality.
• Postcards are printed on cardstock size 95x210 mm.
• Greeting cards are printed, depending on size:

Large diptych: printed on cardstock size 148 x 210 mm., equivalent to an A4 folded in half.

Envelopes for Postcards: White envelope with double window.

Postcards are put in a white envelope, model C65 (114 x 229 mm) with double window.

Greeting cards are printed at different sizes depending on the type of card selected:

Large diptych: they are put in white envelopes, model C5 (162x229mm) with double window.
