The special conditions for the delivery of notifications comply with the requirements of Law 39/2015 on Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations (in force since 2 October 2016), which also includes the added services of proof of delivery as a guarantee of receipt, by means of notification of receipt or proof of electronic delivery and management of delivery of notifications.
