Flat rate for parcels

A new parcel service, exclusive to the network of offices, for individuals and small businesses to use the complete parcel resources of The Post Office easily and economically.

Customers can choose the delivery time they want and the most suitable packaging for their needs, all for a fixed price and regardless of the weight of the parcel. There are four types of packaging to choose from: padded envelope, flat pack envelope, medium box and large box.

Parcel services available on the flat rate: PAQ10, PAQ24, PAQ48 and PAQ72.

- Padded envelope (425x295 mm)

- Flat pack envelope (410x310 mm)

- Medium box (390x280x190 mm)

- Large box (500x300x300 mm)

Weight

There is no weight limit for this service. Whatever each packaging option allows for, so that the parcel can be handled correctly and safely by The Post Office.

Logistics

According to the parcel service used: PAQ10, PAQ24, PAQ48 and PAQ72.

Shipments have the same characteristics as each standard service, offered at a set price and with more advantageous conditions at our network of offices.

Delivery times

• PAQ10: Before 10 am the next working day.
• PAQ24: During the course of the next working day.
• PAQ48: Within two working days.
• PAQ72: Within three working days.
